Second Inoculation

I purchased pre-sterilized rye grain spawn bags from North Spore. Additionally, I have purchased several Uncle Ben’s Original Brown Rice bags.
Following the Uncle Ben’s Tek (aka SpiderMan Tek) and the instructions from North Spore, I have innoculated each rye grain bag with 3mL and each Uncle Ben’s bag with 1mL of liquid culture. I am attempting to grow the following mushrooms:
- King Oyster Pleurotis eryngii
- Elm Oyster Hypsizygus ulmarius
- Hen of the Woods Grifola frondosa
- Chicken of the Woods Laetiporus sulphureus
- Lion’s Mane Hericium erinaceus
